We will begin every project with a preliminary 10 to 15 minute discovery call to get a glimpse at what your goals for your project are as well as explain further details of the services we provide. This discovery call is followed by an on-site Consultation with the design team.

The Full Service Design and Décor Experience. Our design team will provide an in depth design transformation of your space from start to finish. Featuring visual mood boards and 3D renderings, personal shopping for furnishings and decor as well as in person styling by the design team.

Where creativity meets convenience. The Aiko Designs Team will provide a personalized design solution tailored to your style and needs. A seamless design experience for you to follow step-by-step.
Our Process
Design Consultation
Please note, that consultations begin at $200 to schedule an on-site walkthrough and are non-refundable. The consultation comes with no obligations but can be transferable towards your invoice once we begin the design process.
Following our consultation, we will send you a proposal outlining the project scope and estimated proposed timeline to complete your project in its entirety.
Visual Concepts and Renderings
A design presentation will be scheduled to discuss what furnishings and concepts you love and what you'd like to move forward with.
We will discuss and use your Budget Guide to explore items to purchase to complete the look.
Shop and Style
Once all third party contractor work has been completed and all furniture and design inventory has arrived, the design team will schedule installation dates for your property. At this time any necessary third party handy or assembly men will need to be hired by the client from our proposed vendor list to complete the needed work for the scheduled install dates provided.

What is does your typical client look like?
Our clients are typically mid to high-end working professionals, who are looking to have our design team turn their dreams into a realty. Our goal is to make the entire process effortless and serene for our clients while we take on all the hard labor and responsibilities of home design. We are known for creating an experience that is both memorable and enjoyable with a luxurious end result.
What is your preferred design style?
We specialize in modern luxury design, but we are open to working with any design style that fits our clients desires.
Do you have a project minimum?
Interior furnishing projects of at least three spaces, with little to no existing furniture require a minimum budget of $30,000 for furnishings. This does not include a budget for any third party vendors required to complete the design process.
What is a Discovery Call?

How soon do you recommend booking an in-person consultation?
As soon as possible! Our calendar fills fast and we only accept a certain number of clients per year.
ONCE I’VE SIGNED YOUR SERVICE AGREEMENT, HOW LONG BEFORE I CAN VIEW THE DESIGN PROPOSAL?
Our lead time typically involves 2-4 weeks for the Aiko Designs Team to plan and curate a design suitable for your space with both functionality and desired design style in mind. After it is completed we will schedule a Project Proposal Review Meeting.
What determines if you will accept a project?
Based on our 2023 confirmed project schedule and current market trends, we’re forced to be more intentional and selective with the projects we’re best fit for. At this time, we are accepting inquiries for projects within the following scope:
- Interior furnishing projects of at least 3 spaces, with little to no existing furniture and a minimum budget of $30,000
- Large scale renovations with a minimum budget of $250,000 within the state of Florida, that have the ability to fully partner with a General Contractor from the Aiko Designs’s network of preferred General Contractors
How long does it take to complete a project?
Timelines are completely project based. Typically after the design process is completed we would allow 8-10 weeks for project inventory to arrive.
However, due to COVID-19, some products extend our typical 8-10 week process 12-16 weeks.
Do you offer contractors?
Yes! We provide our clients with the opportunity to fully partner with a General Contractor from the Aiko Designs’s network of preferred General Contractors.
Do you offer travel services?
For projects that require travel, we’re accepting large scale interior furnishings projects ONLY (no renovations), travel fees will apply. At this time, we do not offer virtual or e-design services.
